PXP Power Control Register

Fields

ROT_MEM_LP_STATE

Select the low power state of the ROT memory.

0 (NONE): Memory is not in low power state.

1 (LS): Light Sleep Mode. Low leakage mode, maintain memory contents.

2 (DS): Deep Sleep Mode. Low leakage mode, maintain memory contents.

4 (SD): Shut Down Mode. Shut Down periphery and core, no memory retention.
